Information for all our new users!

Welcome to brand new Old 20 Parts Co. website, weather you are a veteran at online shopping or a complete newbie, we're here to help you out! First off the main part, and the whole point to our website...the Products and Ordering. There are two ways to search our website for the parts you want;

1) You can click on Products and on the resulting web page that loads; there is a list of categories on the left hand side. From this you can click on the category that your product would come under and search through the items that come under that category.

2) You can use the search box in the top left hand corner of all the pages. The search box can search using descriptions, tractor makes or if you have a copy of our catalogue you can use our part numbers. Simple.

Once you have found the product(s) you are looking for, you will need to add them to your basket. You can do this quite simply by clicking the large red "Add to Basket" button which is on each product. This will then add the product to your shopping basket and save it there until you are ready to carry on to complete your order.

To access your shopping basket or if you have finished shopping and want to complete ordering, just click 'shopping basket' on the horizontal grey bar at the top of the page. You should then see all the items you decided to add to your basket along with a Subtotal for each item and at the bottom a complete Basket price. You will also see next to each item, a + - x. These are your quantity controls, so the '+' will add 1 more of the selected item each time you click it, the '-' will remove one each time you click it and the 'x' will remove the product from your basket all together.

Now that you're happy with the items and quantities in your basket we can carry on to complete your order, at this point you will be asked to register or if you already are registered then you will be asked to login. Registration is a simple process, a few simple details which you should remember for the next time you want to order parts.
Now you registered you will be returned to your shopping basket and where before it said "...Log in or Register" it will now say "Checkout". When you click checkout you will be taken through to the next part of the ordering process where you will be asked to fill out your delivery details. Finally at the bottom of the page you will see a button labelled "Confirm Order" once you click this, all the information you've put into the website will be emailed to us.

But where do I put my payment details? We hear you ask; well this is where our website differs from most. Instead of you putting your details into a form and sending it off and away into the unknown that is the internet, one of our Sales representatives will contact you ASAP to fully confirm your order, give you a total and take payment details...what could be simpler? This way you will know whether or not we have the products in stock, how long it will take and you can ask any questions you want.

The reason for this is (as to a lot of things in this world)...money! Quite simply to make sure online shopping is as safe as possible for you the customer and us the supplier, there are legislations and laws that we have to abide by. A recent rule that came into use says we have to pay for someone to check that our online payment process is safe...as you can imagine, these people don't come cheap and this cost would then reflect upon our prices.

Old 20 Parts Co. doesn’t supply parts to a price and never will, we believe that if we're selling a part then we should be happy putting it on our tractor. It will fit and do the job, no fuss! But to be competitive we need to cut out unnecessary costs thus keeping prices down for you the customer.

Hopefully this guide has been useful in helping you use our Brand New Website and help you to return and use us for all your parts and accessory needs. If you do need any more help don’t be afraid to give us a call on (01332) 792698 or use the contact form at the top of the page. You can also see if your question is already been answered by checking out the FAQ (Click Here).
Thanks for reading and happy shopping! :)
