We offer to exchange the goods within 7 working days or ….. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, although the goods must be returned to us in the same condition as they were received. Although we will exchange the item, we are not able to pay the cost of you returning the item.

All returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a handling fee of 15% of the total invoice and minus the carriage costs.

We guarantee all our products with a no quibble policy, and a 1 year warranty, or in the case of goods which have a shorter working life as determined by the seller.

We are only able to offer to supply Soil Engaging parts with a short term guarantee.

Warranty:
Parts are covered by warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. Immediate replacement is given if defective in workmanship. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price. This warranty does not cover diagnostic, installation labour and/or final paint finish. You should thoroughly clean and inspect the part(s) prior to installation. No replacement is given if broken by customer. We do not accept, nor are we responsible for the manner in which any of these products are used.

Merchandise Returns: 
Please OPEN AND inspect ALL the merchandise UPON ARRIVAL. Any merchandise which is NOT defective or damaged* may be returned for exchange, refund, or credit and will be subject to a 20% handling charge. No returns, exchanges or credits will be issued on merchandise after 3 months from date of invoice. Special order items are not returnable. Unfortunately we do not refund original shipping and handling fees placed on catalog and on-line orders. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITH TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID; WE CAN NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENTS WITHOUT CORRECT POSTAGE. ABSOLUTELY NO CLAIMS PAID WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. ITEMS PURCHASED FROM DEALERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO OLD 20 PARTS CO.
