Why can I not search your shop by tractor make anymore?
If you are a previous customer to our old website you would have searched through our products by tractor make. Now days you have to search by product category, this isn't too much of a problem but it has been mentioned to us quite a few times and is being looked into at the moment. If you are really finding it hard, use our search box at the top of each page using tractor makes, descriptions or our part numbers in the catalogue. Be sure to check back regular for updates, not only on layout but pricing as well.
Update 19/03/09: This is currently under discussion and in the near future will perhaps be changed...watch this space...
Where do I put my payment details for my order?
Due to reasons out of our hands and costs, we decided not to offer online payment processing. Instead when we get your order, one of our sales representatives will contact ASAP to give you a total and take payment details. Simples.
But how can I be sure it’s one of your sales representatives?

What do you accept as payment for my order?
We accept most types of credit and debit card but please note that we do NOT accept PayPal or American Express, apologies for this. We can also accept cheques (need to be payable to Old 20 Parts Co.) and bank transfer.
Is your website telling the truth, is it really £0.00 Delivery?
Unfortunately not, the reason the website says this when you total your order is because delivery can vary so much for what people are ordering and where the order is being sent to. This can range from a little package on Royal Mail to a Sea Freight! Delivery is calculated accurately and given to you when we call for payment details. However do not be dismayed as we do have Special Offers every so often for Free Delivery on orders over a certain amount so keep checking back regularly. Also if we are attending a show that you are going to, you can order your parts to collect and pay for at that particular show and we won't charge you delivery!
Can you give me a general cost for delivery?
Delivery is based upon three things; volume, size and weight. Old 20 Parts Co. does always try and use the cheapest possible way of delivery but as said before it does depend upon those three factors. A general price guide is as follows: (Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice)
Small items within the UK: Royal Mail £4.00
Large items within the UK: Interlink Courier £8.50
Bulky items to UK (on pallet): Courier £20.00
Small items outside of UK: Royal Mail International Signed for £5.00
Large items outside of UK: Courier £18.00
Bulky items outside UK (pallet): £POA
Please also note if you order small items that are expensive we will send them by courier so we can be assured they have arrived.
How do I sign up for your email newsletter?
Quite simply, navigate to our Home page by clicking 'Home' in the grey bar along the top of the page. When you’re at the home screen, scroll down towards the bottom and on the left hand side you will see three boxes labelled "First Name", "Last Name" and Email Address". Fill all these boxes in and hit the subscribe button. You should then see some red text appear underneath confirming you have been added to the mailing list.
How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?
Again quite easily, on the next edition of the email newsletter scroll to the bottom and you will see a link which says "If you wish to unsubscribe, click here...” When you click there you will be navigated to our home page and your name will be removed from the mailing list.
I ordered some parts from your website but the total given on the phone is different?
Yes unfortunately this does happen. The website is kept as up to date as possible. Every day we have two or three people working on the website doing different things from price checking to adding new parts and news articles. The reason you may received a different total from the one on the internet is because of two reasons
1) The website does not add on the total of delivery which can vary from a small package on Royal mail to sea freight. Delivery is always calculated and given to you when we call for payment details.
2) It may be that we simply haven't checked that product price recently. Please understand that prices are subject to change without notice especially on things like oil and plough parts.
